After ordering

Find the purchase in the account’s order history for tracking and seller contact options. This site does not process payment or dispatch your parcel.

Returns and damaged deliveries

Review the return terms shown with your order. Eligibility, deadlines and refund handling belong to the seller and purchase service. Keep the packaging until you have checked the lamp. Do not operate a lamp with damaged glass, a damaged cord or leakage.
