A little help with your lamp.

Before the first switch-on

Read the instructions supplied with your exact model. Set the lamp on a stable indoor surface, away from direct sunlight, heating vents and drafts. Inspect the globe and cord before use.

Why is the wax not moving yet?

Wax needs time to warm up. A new lamp may take longer on its first run. Leave it still and follow the supplied instructions rather than shaking the globe or increasing the bulb wattage.

How do I buy a lamp?

Choose a product and use its purchase button. A separate shopping tab opens with that model. Confirm the selected option, current price, seller and delivery estimate there.

Where is my order?

Open the account used to complete your purchase and find the order in its order history. Tracking, cancellation and return options are managed there. This website does not hold your order or payment details.
